Tour Vehicle Module

Vehicle to Service Details
Usage Log opens the Usage Log screen into which you can enter all usage a specific vehicle has accrued. There is space to enter the date the usage is logged, the specific Odometer reading, the State in which the vehicle was driven when accruing that usage, and how much usage has been accumulated since the last log entry.

Note: Entering the State where that usage was accrued may or may not be applicable to your business, but there are interstate commerce regulations for some kinds of trucking and other interstate commerce involving vehicles, which require that usage be recorded in the State where it was generated.
