| Viewing Service Due for Vehicles |
| BEZ Maintenace Web makes it easy for you to view scheduled maintenance for your vehicles. Scheduled maintenance can be shown organized by each vehicle, or it can be shown in order of the date on which it is due or by the amount of driving that must be logged until the next maintenance event. These three options for viewing scheduled maintenance are represented by the By Vehicle, By Date, and By Usage tabs. |
 |
Work Orders: Creating a new work order from this screen is as simple as selecting a scheduled maintenance event and clicking on the Create/Edit Work Order button. Work orders that have already been created are shown next to the scheduled maintenance itself until they are closed, and can be viewed by clicking on the work order number.
Unscheduled/Emergency Work Orders:
Work orders for unplanned maintenance that arises from vehicle break-downs or other unexpected events can also be created from the Service Due section of the program using the yellow-colored Unscheduled Work Order buttton.
|
Calendar View
This screen lets you view a complete maintenance schedule for any day which you select from a graphical calendar on the screen. If, for example, you wanted to see all of the maintenance that was due on October 22nd, all you would have to do is click on that date on the calendar and the screen will be updated with all of the maintenance events that are due for that day:

Search for Maintenance Due
EZ Maintenance Web also has a search function that lets you search for scheduled maintenance that is within a specified date range, that is of a particular type of service, that is assigned to a particular person, or that is being done for a particular customer, among other search criteria: |

| 1. |
How do we schedule vehicle service? Do we have to type in each service date? |
| |
No. EZ Maintenance Web automatically schedules vehicle service for you. All you have to do when entering a new vehicleinto the application is select the appropriate Service Profile, and EZ Maintenance Web will automatically schedule the maintenance for that vehicle based on the Service Types in that profile and the frequencies at which they occur. And when you close a work order for a type of service that is supposed to occur, for example, every 30 days, EZM Web will automatically schedule that maintenance to be due 30 days from now. |
| 2. |
What happens if we miss a scheduled maintenance or service? |
| |
EZ Maintenance Web will alert you that the maintenance is past due until it is completed, and it will allow you to note on the work order the reason why the maintenance was late. |
| 3. |
How am I supposed to know which vehicles need maintenance? |
| |
EZ Maintenance Web issues alerts that let the operator know whenever service is due for a vehicle. The first screen any user of the program will see upon logging into the application is the alerts screen. |
