Printing Barcodes in EZM Web
EZM Web CMMS also has a feature that allows you to print out barcode labels
for your equipment. You can also scan these barcodes to quickly locate your
equipment in EZM Web.
At the page at which your equipment is listed, just select the equipment you
want to print barcodes for by checking them, and then click on the Print
Selected Barcodes button and choose whether you want the
barcodes to contain the internal control numbers of the equipment you
selected or their manufacturer serial numbers:
Then the following report will print with the barcodes you
selected:
Scanning Barcodes to Locate Equipment in EZM Web
As mentioned before, you can also scan the barcodes for your pieces of
equipment into EZM Web to quickly locate them:
Just select whether the barcode you are scanning contains an internal
control number or a manufacturer serial number, then scan the barcode and
click on GO and EZM Web will find the piece of equipment
you scanned.
