Maintenance Due Report

You can also print a report showing all scheduled maintenance events and their due dates. When you use this feature, you will first be asked to specify a date range:



The report will only show you scheduled maintenance events whose due dates are in the date range you specify. Once you have selected the desired date range, a printer-friendly report will open which shows all scheduled maintenance events and their due dates:



For each scheduled maintenance event on the report, the following items are shown:
  • Its due date
  • The type of equipment for which the maintenance is due (equipment name)
  • Who the maintenance is assigned to
  • The internal control number identifying the equipment which the maintenance is for
  • What kind of maintenance each maintenance event is
