EZM Web allows you to set up user passwords for other people in your company to access EZM Web, as well as other special passwords for your vendors/sub-contractors, customers, and employees in the field which allow them to interact with you through EZM Web:

Main User passwords: A Main User password is one which allows another member of your company to access your EZM Web account. In some cases, however, you may want to restrict access to EZM Web so that certain users are not allowed to visit sensitive areas. To achieve this, EZM Web allows you to issue Main User passwords with varying levels of access to members of your company, with levels of access that range from read-only to full access to all areas of your account.

Outside Vendor or sub-contractor passwords: You may issue your vendors or sub-contractors a
special type of password which allows them access to a special area of EZM Web, separate from your account, where they can receive work orders from you. They can then perform the work you issued, close the work order, and generate and send invoices back to you through EZM Web.

Maintenance passwords: Maintenance passwords allow employees in the field, customers, or tenants access to another special area of EZM Web, also separate from your account, where they can submit maintenance requests and check the status of those requests on line. Maintenance passwords do not allow holders to do anything other than submit maintenance requests and check the status of those requests via the Internet and your EZM Web account.
