Just click on the appropriate tab below to review a summary of the EZM Web features
for tracking equipment and vehicle maintenance.

Scheduling and Controlling Vehicle Maintenance: EZM Web quickly and easily allows for scheduling both routine and "non-routine" (emergency) vehicle service. Ongoing vehicle preventive maintenance and its frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) can be set up on a point and click basis. Service can also be scheduled by odometer readings/mileage or hours of use. EZM Web automatically calendars recurring maintenance service on an ongoing basis. Operators can choose to skip (or include) weekend days and holidays. If a scheduled vehicle maintenance is not completed on the day it is scheduled, or at the odometer reading required for maintenance activity, the reason may be noted by a supervisor. When the work is actually completed, EZM Web automatically reschedules the subsequent maintenance requirements. Operators can schedule maintenance of selected parts (such as the transmission) in addition to general maintenance of a specific vehicle. EZM Web can also be set up to track warranty servicing and requirements.

In Depth Inventory Control and Tracking: EZM Web contains a complete inventory
management module which can be used, or not, at the operator's discretion. When EZM Web is installed, the operator may set EZM Web's preferences to utilize the full inventory module, to use just inventory pricing, or to not use the inventory module at all in ongoing maintenance operations. If EZM Web's inventory module preferences are set to track pricing only, EZM Web will track your cost of materials used in maintenance work and, if you wish, the retail price of the materials. If EZM Web's preferences are set to use the complete inventory module, your company will have at its command a full inventory module which will, among many other features, deduct maintenance materials from inventory when maintenance work orders are issued. Moreover, EZM Web's inventory module creates P.O.s and Requests for Bids, tracks materials costs and retail pricing, lists and tracks all vendors and enables users to set minimum and maximum levels of inventory of specific items to keep in house. If specific inventory levels run low, EZM Web's inventory module alerts the user to reorder, and then follows all materials ordered against P.O.s issued.

Complete Vehicle Tracking: Vehicles may be entered and tracked by VIN number, type (car, truck, tractor, bus, etc.), plate number and other identifiers. EZM Web provides six additional user defined fields for each vehicle for tracking such things as engine type, vehicle cost, insurance, and so forth. Reports can be pulled on vehicle service history, including such things as what was done and when, what parts and materials were used, and who performed the work. Completed service and maintenance work may be either "signed off" electronically, or EZM Web will output a printed form to be signed by whoever did the actual maintenance or service work.

Track And Control Outside Customers Or Vendors: If your company performs maintenance or service work for outside customers, or if your firm has outside vendors who perform some (or all) of your maintenance work, EZM Web provides for the entering of complete customer/vendor information. That customer/vendor information can appear on specific work orders, if you so desire.

Mileage and Fuel Tracking: EZM Web tracks fuel purchases and mileage for each individual
vehicle. Purchases and mileage can be recorded under the state in which it was generated. In addition, EZM Web tracks miles per gallon for each vehicle. EZM Web allows users to set fuel use parameters for each vehicle, and automatically posts alerts when a vehicle's fuel usage falls outside of pre-set parameters.

Multiple Alerts: EZM Web protects you from missing or falling behind on maintenance and service work. The first screen which appears when EZM Web is opened displays all maintenance due that day, and any maintenance which is overdue. All overdue maintenance appears in red. EZM Web's main screen shows red markers on any area where maintenance is overdue, and throughout EZM Web, any overdue maintenance events appear in red.

Regular And Emergency Work Orders: EZM Web produces a work order for each individual
vehicle service or maintenance to be completed. EZM Web work orders may contain step by step instructions for the performance of a particular maintenance, and also contain, if desired, a required parts and materials list. Work orders may be printed, and each work order contains a signature line so, if appropriate, the person performing the work can sign the work order upon completion confirming the work has been done in accordance with the specified instructions. All procedures and materials may be dropped into a work order on a "point and click" basis using drop down menus. Work orders can be assigned to specific individual or vendors and then batch printed if you have a number of work orders to dispense at one time. EZM Web automatically produces work orders when scheduled maintenance is done, and creating an emergency work order for a specific vehicle is as simple as two mouse clicks.

Maintenance Materials: On each work order, EZM Web lists all materials required for the service called for on that work order, and a mouse click prints out the materials list for each work order.

Tracking of Driver Information and Driver Incidents: EZM Web records all driver information
(license information, health certificate information, etc.) making it available at the click of a mouse. EZM Web also provides for the entry and tracking of all driver incident reports.

License Tracking For All Vehicles And Drivers: EZM Web provides for the tracking of all vehicle and driver license information along with license expiration dates. EZM Web produces a report showing all expiring licenses. This report is a "date range" report; it can be set to show all expiring licenses in the next week, the next month, and so forth.

Tire Tracking And Rotation Control: EZM Web provides for the tracking of mileage by tire,
and the rotation history of a tire on specific vehicles. EZM Web also allows for the scheduling of tire rotation as well as replacement.

Vehicle Maintenance Schedules And Calendars: EZM Web produces not just print outs of all vehicle service schedules (including odometer reading service schedules) for vehicles entered in the system, but will also create date range calendars displaying scheduled vehicle maintenance, and the days on which it is to be completed.

Multiple Reports: EZM Web contains numerous reports. Among them are such reports as vehicle listings, driver and license history and incident reports, upcoming license expiration reports, vehicle service and maintenance due reports, scheduled vehicle service and maintenance calendar reports, complete vehicle service history and detailed service log reports, tire position and tire history log reports inventory reports and many others. Many reports can be pulled by entering a date range for the report. Click here to view samples.

Full Supervisory Control: EZM Web offers multi-level passwords. Users can be issued passwords allowing for two levels of partial use of EZM Web's features, along with a Supervisor level password which allows full access to all EZM Web features. Only a supervisor can approve or edit maintenance or tire histories, close work orders, alter schedules, and perform a number of other "mission critical" EZM Web functions.

If Your Company Is Based Outside Of The USA: When your operators set up EZM Web, they can set an "International" preference. This "International" preference allows users to enter long addresses, zip codes using letters, long phone numbers, country names and a variety of other features, including the ability to enter multiple taxes on invoices. The "International" setting also allows for a variety of date formats (month, day, year; day, month, year; year, day, month; etc.) Users may also select measurement units such as liters instead of gallons, and kilometers instead of miles.
